Words on my mind
Tears on my heart
Paper can't help
Writing is start/ stop
I am my hardest critic
Sometimes my worst enemy
Time is ticking away
Love is far from me
Telling me to be positive falls on deaf ears
I am positive that I'm exhausted from fighting emotional inconsistencies
And generational fears
Playing on my own team and sometimes I am a team of one
Not because there are no draft picks
Just because I trust no one
Darkness last for a short while
Joy comes in the morning
Depression visits without warning
This little light of mine will not go out
Even when it looks like my life is a consistent start stop
Meditation washes away most worries
Faith come by hearing
And hearing by words..words on my mind
Tears on my heart
My writing has started and it won't stop...
